Fair Housing
- Office Staff
- Property Manager Interview
- Sister Community Manager Interview
- Regional Supervisor Interview
- Lead a Property Tour to include amenities and model unit
- Maintenance Staff
- Community Manager Interview
- Maintenance Supervisor Interview
- If position is for Maintenance Supervisor, Regional Supervisor will interview
- Complete Maintenance Test
- Email hr@wogangroup.com the following details to prepare Offer Letter:
- Name
- Position
- Pay Rate
- Start Date- contingent on drug screening results
- Commission Structure
- All new hires MUST have successfully passed a background check and drug screen prior to being hired
- To request a background check and drug screen, email hr@wogangroup.com
Fair Housing
- Fair Housing Course must be completed within 48 hours of start date
- Email hr@wogangroup.com to register for Fair Housing training
- Once course is complete, upload Fair Housing Certificate into Self Service Portal in Paylocity (Self Service Portal>Career>Education>Training>Documents>Add) and email certificate to hr@wogangroup.com
- To complete New Hire paperwork through onboarding visit www.onboarding.paylocity.com (Company ID: N9800)
- Username and password will be sent to employee’s email address on file
- New Hire paperwork through Onboarding MUST be completed within 72 hours of hire date or new hire will be subject to termination
- New hires will be assigned to a training user group. Training courses must be completed before new hire will be assigned to an active user group. Once courses have been completed, email HR for reassignment.
- New hires will continue training throughout the first month of employment via Entrata Webinars which cover all training topics over a 2 week cycle. Help/Support>Training Calendar>Course>Register Now
- Visit www.woganweb.com and click on Employee Portal located at the bottom of the page to register for WoganWeb
- New Hire must fill out Beneficiary Form located on WoganWeb and return to hr@wogangroup.com within 30 days of hire date
- New Hire must elect or waive benefit coverage within 60 days of hire date. Detailed information regarding benefits can be found on LennoxWeb.
HR is NOT responsible for reminding new hire to elect coverage. If new hire fails to elect to coverage by the due date, they will be automatically waived and will NOT be eligible for benefits until Open Enrollment.
