As members of the Wogan Group team we want you to be set up for success. We are prepared to assist you, whether there has been a new team member, transition, acquisition or a rebrand the customization starts here. 
What is a marketing request?

Be sure to provide as much detail and existing content as possible in your request. 

Use the lists below as a guide on what to include in your submission. If there is a content item (i.e., logos or photos) that you do not have access to, please be sure to make note of that in your request.


Should you have any large or multiple files that cannot be sent via email, please utilize a file sharing service such as WeTransfer, Drop Box, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.

When submitting a request please provide a timeline for when these items should be completed. Please consider that existing requests are being fulfilled when providing a deadline and requests are completed in the order that they are received.

When submitting a request you acknowledge the above.

Submit a request

Property Marketing request

The request must include the following information:
  • Property name
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Hours of operation
  • Logo
  • Administrative fees
  • Community fees
  • Additional fees
  • Community amenities
  • Exterior photos of property
  • Interior photos of property (must be clean and the space may be empty or staged)
  • Photos of amenities such as; pools, grill areas, on-site laundry, dog park, etc.
  • Unit layouts
  • Site map
  • Links to existing social media, if any
  • Any additional information regarding the request

New email request

Every corporate team member and on-site property team members should have an @wogangroup.com email address. Maintenance team members do not receive an @wogangroup.com email unless under specific circumstances and with approval from our President of Operations, Aviva Friedan.

The request must include the following information:
  • First and last name of the team member
  • Their personal email for setup
  • The property they will be located
  • Approval from Aviva Friedan (only if the request is for a maintenance team member)

Once complete an email with a temporary password to setup the account will be sent to the personal email address of the new team member and the email address of the requester. To request an email for an upcoming team member email marketing@wogangroup.com

Business card request

Business cards may be ordered for corporate team individuals or for properties. Please note that property business cards are generic and will not include individuals information.

The request must include the following information:
  • Property name
  • Address
  • Office phone number
  • Website
  • Quantity 
  • If for a property Portfolio Manager's approval is required(forwarded email or a screenshot)
