Jonathan Wogan has been a leader in the asset management industry for over 20 years. As founder of Wogan and its various affiliates, Jonathan has built a vertically aligned company to maximize service to his clients and investors. He has been responsible for the execution of over 40 business plans spanning over 10,000 apartment homes.
Jonathan is an extremely successful operator and manager who is known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail. In addition, Jonathan’s leadership style promotes positive corporate culture, and he is laser focused on maintaining and reassessing brand identity. Jonathan holds a Masters in Management from CBU, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. He lives in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and 4 children. |
